About me

I am a coach, mentor, facilitator, mindfulness teacher and learning consultant with a passion for unlocking potential. I challenge people to think differently, open new doors, overcome obstacles and become the best version of themself.

I qualified and worked for many years as a chartered surveyor before changing career direction in 2011 to focus on people development.  I was director and head of learning & development at global real estate consultancy Savills before leaving to set up Team U in July 2022 where I now work alongside my husband Tim with a range of organisations and private clients.  As well as coaching, I am experienced in the design and delivery of learning initiatives ranging from short on-line webinars and 1-day workshops to pan-European events and 12-month leadership programmes.

My sessions are tailored to suit clients’ objectives, styles, logistics and timescales and can be virtual, in the office, at external venues or even outside.  I aim to create environments which are relaxed and positive where people can set goals, explore ideas, challenge each-other and think things through.  I draw on my community of learning leaders to ensure initiatives are at the forefront of learning trends and incorporate theory, practical exercises, mindfulness techniques, psychometrics and 360 feedback to support the journey. 

People can expect to leave my sessions with clarity of thought, a new perspective or insight, a plan of action and a renewed enthusiasm for achieving their goals.
