​I seek to combine my corporate background and executive coaching experience to offer an insight into leadership and management in innovative and disruptive areas and to support teams and individuals to achieve their goals.

My real passions at work are innovation and strategic thinking.  I enjoy targeting new areas of business, being a disruptor and doing things that haven’t been done before. I also love the challenge of putting together high performing, multi-skilled teams and creating the right environment for them to flourish in pioneering areas of business.  I have worked in the property and energy sectors for over 30 years and spent over 25 of those at Savills, a large global real estate consultant.  My career has involved rolling out new infrastructure projects and creating a number of new energy businesses including two wind development companies.

 

As a coach I use a range of questioning techniques and tools to help people dig deep, challenge their beliefs and assumptions and help them find answers that exist within them.  I have an innate belief in people’s inner potential and the power of positive psychology.  My coachees tell me that I create an environment where they feel relaxed and are trusting of the fact that my only objective is to help them perform to the best of their ability, be happy and achieve their goals.
